Unfortunately I was dissatisfied as I had to return my showerhead because it was to big for my stall shower. I did not notice any dimensions in the product specifications so I assumed it would have a universal size. It was so long that it would have hit our head. I ended up spending 20.00 on shipping by the time I paid to get it & ship it back. The customer service representative was very nice and helpful and offered me free shipping on a new unit, but since I've spent so much already on nothing, I'm not sure I want to risk getting another. I was just looking for a basic low flow showerhead for a Fathers Day gift that was good quality and would give me the same amount of water pressure as my current unit and possibly save me some money. I first saw these Speakman shower heads in Westin and Sheraton hotels, and I liked them so much, that I bought one for my home. If they are good enough for hotel service, they must be great in a home.

Great flow from a handheld. I have tried others only to find them not powerful enough to even wash your hair. We have low water pressure anyway, so this is best we've had.

Unfortunately, the fittings of my shower do not accomodate the attachment fitting on your unit. I telephoned your company and a tech support told meto return it. I did so and now await the credit to appear on my Am Ex. Please research and advise. Thank you

Put it in our second bathroom, after looking up what has been at the hotels we have stayed at. Love it! The finish looks nice with the rest of the brushed nickel fixtures too.
