International Orders
At this time, we are not able to ship online orders to addresses outside the United States and Canada. This includes orders shipped to freight forwarders. For more information please email orders@speakmancompany.com.
You can purchase a selection of our products from Empteezy and have the items shipped to Belgium, Estonia, France, Holland, Hong Kong, Italy, Spain, UK and UAE.

Canadian Orders
We welcome customers from Canada to place orders directly through our website. Please note that you will be responsible for duty and broker fees at the border. We ship all products UPS.
Ordering Confirmations
You will receive two email confirmations from us after ordering. One will confirm reception of your order. The other will notify you when your order has shipped. To ensure you receive emails from Speakman, please make sure to “whitelist” our email address by adding orders@speakmancompany.com to your “safe” list.
Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.
Sales Tax
We are required to collect sales tax on items delivered to these states: California, Maryland, Texas and South Carolina.
Back Orders
As hard as we try to keep all of our items in stock, we occasionally underestimate the popularity of our merchandise. In these instances, we will contact you if the shipment will delayed longer than 10 business days.
Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to return your order please contact our customer service department at 800-537.2107 or via email at returns@speakmancompany.com. No return goods will be accepted beyond 90 days from the date of invoice. Material should be shipped to:

All transportation costs for returned goods must be paid by the buyer.
All material shall be returned in its original unopened packaging. Products returned as defective will be reviewed by Speakman for confirmation that the goods are not in conformance with its specifications. Following determination of non-conformance, Speakman will repair or replace the goods at its sole discretion. Buyer will bear all expense and risk of loss in connection with the return, provided that Buyer will be reimbursed by Speakman for the cost of transportation for those goods Speakman determines are not in conformance.
Products returned as defective but on inspection found to be in working order will be returned to the customer at their cost or a reduced credit will be issued based on Speakman’s above return policy.
Products shipped incorrectly by Speakman will be credited at invoice price plus any associated additional shipping costs.
Standard Shipping and Processing
Our shipping and processing charges are intended to compensate our company for processing your order, handling and packing the products you purchase, delivering them to you, and covering related overhead. *Orders placed after 11:00am EST will not be processed until the following business day. Most purchases are shipped from our warehouses within two business days of processing the order. We ship all products UPS. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses will be shipped via USPS mail.
Warranty Information
SPEAKMAN COMPANY LIMITED WARRANTY
Speakman warrants to its purchasers only (“Buyer”) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”), that goods sold are free from defects in material and workmanship and conform to Speakman’s specifications at the time of manufacturing, provided the goods are properly installed and maintained. Any goods that may prove to have had a non-conformance within the Warranty Period will be, at Speakman’s sole option, repaired or replaced. Finish warranty is limited to materials and workmanship at time of delivery.
THE ABOVE LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR WARRANTY CONTAINS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY SPEAKMAN. ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, THOSE FOR MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED. BUYER AGREES THAT SPEAKMAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, ECONOMIC OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. SPEAKMAN’S LIABILITY TO BUYER SHALL IN NO EVENT EXCEED AMOUNTS PAID BY BUYER TO SPEAKMAN FOR THE NON-CONFORMING GOODS.
