  3. Which is Speakman's best selling showerhead and why?

    Speakman's top selling and most recognizable showerhead is the Anystream® Icon Designer Series 48 Spray Showerhead (S-2252). This solid brass showerhead is renowned for its quality, durability and iconic design. The Speakman plunger nozzle system and pressure-compensating Autoflo® limiter precisely control 6 jets and 48 spray channels, transforming any water pressure into forceful, fully adjustable sprays.   4. What is Anystream® 360° Technology?

    Speakman's Anystream® Technology provides the user with 360° of control to infinitely adjust the spray pattern to meet any preference. The Anystream® Technology is engineered on our showerheads by either rotating the face place or by swiveling the side arm.

  5. How does a low flow shower head work and how much more efficient is it?

    Low Flow Showerheads work by limiting the flow of water that is allowed to pass through the showerhead per minute. This is typically controlled with a flow restrictor which only opens up enough to let the appropriate amount of water through.

    In terms of water conservation how much water is saved depends on the showerhead. In the U.S., the Department of Energy's regulations require manufacturers to limit the flow of their showerheads to 2.5 Gallons Per Minute maximum. For low flow showerheads most manufacturers make heads in 2.0 GPM, 1.75 GPM or 1.5 GPM. So in terms of efficiency a 1.5 gallon per minute showerhead uses an entire gallon less per minute than a high pressure or standard showerhead does. For most homeowners considering going low flow, we suggest a 2.0 gallon per minute head. This allows you to save .5 gallons per minute which in a 10 minute shower is 5 full gallons of water over the 2.5 GPM Showerhead.

  6. What is your showerhead warranty?

    We have a 1 year limited warranty on all showerheads. View our full warranty. The exception to the 1 year warranty is the Anystream® models unless they are commercial installations

  7. Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we are not able to ship online orders to addresses outside the United States and Canada. This includes orders shipped to freight forwarders. For more information please email orders@speakmancompany.com.

  8. Do you ship to Canada?

    We welcome customer from Canada to place orders directly through our website. Please note we have partnered with UPS "e-Tailor Brokerage Program" which significantly reduces inbound shipment fees for residential deliveries in Canada. (fee charges breakdown below)

    The fees shown do not include the shipping cost that is applied to your order at checkout. All fees are listed in Canadian funds. These fees do not include GST, HST, or any other taxes applicable to the package value and the UPS delivery services.

  10. How can I return my order?

    If you wish to return your order please contact our customer service department at 800-537.2107 or via email at returns@speakmancompany.com. No return goods will be accepted beyond 90 days from the date of invoice. Material should be shipped to:

    All transportation costs for returned goods must be paid by the buyer.

    All material shall be returned in its original unopened packaging. Products returned as defective will be reviewed by Speakman for confirmation that the goods are not in conformance with its specifications. Following determination of non-conformance, Speakman will repair or replace the goods at its sole discretion. Buyer will bear all expense and risk of loss in connection with the return, provided that Buyer will be reimbursed by Speakman for the cost of transportation for those goods Speakman determines are not in conformance.

    Products returned as defective but on inspection found to be in working order will be returned to the customer at their cost or a reduced credit will be issued based on Speakman’s above return policy.

    Products shipped incorrectly by Speakman will be credited at invoice price plus any associated additional shipping costs.

  11. What does “Self Cleaning” mean when used to describe a Speakman showerhead?

    The “self cleaning” noted on the SPEAKMAN package is not meant to imply that there is never a need to clean your showerhead. The most common cleaning concern with showerheads is the buildup of calcium in and on the showerhead. This buildup varies greatly based on the mineral content of the water going through the showerhead. Our “self cleaning” refers to the calcium wiping and removal accomplished by SPEAKMAN showerheads as the spray adjusting handle is cycled through its adjusting positions and the plungers wipe across the faceplate. Under more normal circumstances, this is enough to keep the showerhead clean. In conditions of higher mineral content water, the wiping action is not sufficient to remove all of the calcium buildup in the showerhead. In this case, it is necessary to soak the showerhead in a vinegar and water solution to dissolve, soften and remove the calcium, cleaning the showerhead. This process is detailed in the SPEAKMAN showerhead cleaning instructions available from SPEAKMAN Customer Service.

  12. How are shipping charges calculated?

    Speakman Company offers ground shipping to all addresses within the United States. Estimated shipping charges are calculated based on the zip code and may change per UPS/FedEx address specifications.
