2. How does the volume velocity ring work on the Anystream^® 2005 model?

   By simply rotating the volume velocity ring, the user can control the amount of water flow through the showerhead. This feature does not shut off the water completely which is a requirement in the ASME A112.18.1 standard. Another ASME A112.18.1 standard requirement is the showerhead shall have a maximum flow rate of 2.5 gpm (gallons per minute). When the volume velocity ring is fully rotated, it reduces the water flow to no less than 0.5 gpm. At this flow rate the spray pattern is still visible but has a very soft feel to it.

   The showerhead installed in Hilton Hotels is the S-2252-AF.

4. Can the Anystream^® S-2005 & S-2008 models be disassembled for cleaning?

   These showerheads are not designed to be fully disassembled. By retracting or extending the plungers, the spray channels can be easily accessed to be clean if necessary.

5. How is the Anystream Euro^™ different from the Anystream^® VS-2000?

   Speakman engineers and engineers from their European partner in Italy developed a new operating mechanism that brings together the traditional Speakman spray features of the Anystream models, adds the massage spray developed in Anystream 2000, and displays a new fashionable look with European Style. This 6-jet/48 spray shower has the patented Speakman plunger spray jet system. By simply rotating the outer ring, the precision molded faceplate and the spray jets work together to give the bather an invigorating shower spray at any water pressure. You can change the spray to intense, gentle rain, full flood, massage or any setting in between to obtain the spray feel you desire at any water pressure.

6. What is your showerhead warranty?

   We have a 1 year limited warranty on all showerheads. View our full warranty. The exception to the 1 year warranty is the Anystream^® models unless they are commercial installations

7. Do you ship internationally?

   At this time, we are not able to ship online orders to addresses outside the United States and Canada. This includes orders shipped to freight forwarders. For more information please email orders@speakmancompany.com.

8. Do you ship to Canada?

   We welcome customers from Canada to place orders directly through our website. Please note that you will be responsible for duty and broker fees at the border. We ship all products UPS.

9. How can I pay for my order?

   We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Network.

10. How can I return my order?

    If you wish to return your order please contact our customer service department at 800-537.2107 or via email at returns@speakmancompany.com. No return goods will be accepted beyond 90 days from the date of invoice. Material should be shipped to:

    All transportation costs for returned goods must be paid by the buyer.

    All material shall be returned in its original unopened packaging. Products returned as defective will be reviewed by Speakman for confirmation that the goods are not in conformance with its specifications. Following determination of non-conformance, Speakman will repair or replace the goods at its sole discretion. Buyer will bear all expense and risk of loss in connection with the return, provided that Buyer will be reimbursed by Speakman for the cost of transportation for those goods Speakman determines are not in conformance.

    Products returned as defective but on inspection found to be in working order will be returned to the customer at their cost or a reduced credit will be issued based on Speakman’s above return policy.

    Products shipped incorrectly by Speakman will be credited at invoice price plus any associated additional shipping costs.

11. What does “Self Cleaning” mean when used to describe a Speakman showerhead?

    The “self cleaning” noted on the SPEAKMAN package is not meant to imply that there is never a need to clean your showerhead. The most common cleaning concern with showerheads is the buildup of calcium in and on the showerhead. This buildup varies greatly based on the mineral content of the water going through the showerhead. Our “self cleaning” refers to the calcium wiping and removal accomplished by SPEAKMAN showerheads as the spray adjusting handle is cycled through its adjusting positions and the plungers wipe across the faceplate. Under more normal circumstances, this is enough to keep the showerhead clean. In conditions of higher mineral content water, the wiping action is not sufficient to remove all of the calcium buildup in the showerhead. In this case, it is necessary to soak the showerhead in a vinegar and water solution to dissolve, soften and remove the calcium, cleaning the showerhead. 12. How are shipping charges calculated?

    Shipping charges are calculated based on the zip code and may change per UPS address specifications.
